What private label can include

OEM work at Balban focuses on making agreed patterns to your commercial specification, then presenting them as your product. Typical options include:

  • Logo and identification — etching, laser marking or other agreed marking of your brand or catalogue code on the instrument (method depends on pattern and finish)
  • Packaging — pouch, carton and labelling layouts that carry your brand artwork once artwork is approved

MOQ — ask at quote

Minimum order quantities depend on the instrument family, marking complexity and packing. A simple stock pattern in plain finish may support a lower entry quantity than a multi-SKU branded kit with custom cartons. We state MOQ on the quotation for the items you request — please ask rather than assuming a single site-wide figure.

Sample and approval process

Private-label work usually follows a short approval path so marking and packing match your brand guidelines before bulk production.

  1. Brief — send logo files, marking positions, pattern list and target markets (including UK if relevant).
  2. Feasibility — we confirm which patterns we can produce and which marking / pack options fit those instruments.
  3. Sample or trial lot — where appropriate we arrange evaluation pieces or a small trial quantity under commercial terms agreed on the quote. Sample cost, lead time and any credit against a later bulk order are decided case by case; we do not promise free samples as a default.
  4. Approval — you sign off marking, finish and packaging.
  5. Bulk production — manufacture and packing under the agreed specification, then export documents as for other orders.

Lead time (qualitative)

OEM timing is driven by artwork approval, marking method and factory load. Plain instruments from established patterns generally move sooner than fully branded sets. Custom packaging and multi-pattern kits need more planning between sample sign-off and despatch. Exact windows appear on your quotation so production and shipping can be scheduled together. ISO process and CE marking

OEM and private-label production sits inside the same quality framework as our standard dental range: ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016, with CE-marked devices where applicable. Incoming materials, manufacture, inspection and packing follow controlled procedures; certificate copies can be supplied with export documentation.
